Job Summary

• Support business performance reporting & financial analysis by consolidating and analyzing P&L performance and tracking financial KPIs for Crystal brands.
• Gather insights from market companies to understand performance drivers and support ongoing group financial cycles, including month-end and year-end close.
• Assist in financial analyses for new product developments and portfolio changes, and help improve analytical tools and reporting processes.
