  • Drives process standardization, supports order book conversion by evaluating speed and availability drivers, and investigates/rectifies gaps between actual and targeted delivery performance.
  • Ensures flawless order book execution, prompt issue resolution, and maintains product availability integrity while delivering transparent customer and zone-centric KPIs and actionable business insights.
