  • Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards, documenting through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Performs other routine to minimally complex general maintenance functions in the areas of grounds maintenance, carpentry, painting, and snow removal, responding to emergencies as directed.
