Job Summary

  • Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer process.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent and build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.
  • Support the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and engagement efforts.

Key Requirements
