Job Summary

• Prudential Health India is undertaking a greenfield health insurance deployment in India, committed to building journeys that will truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated, uniquely delightful, and bespoke experience.
• The Lead of Experience will be responsible for building the Customer and Distributor Experience (CX/DX) strategy, creating journey maps, and collaborating with Technology, Ops, Claims, and UW functions to execute the strategy.
• The role requires a deep functional understanding of Customer Service or Experience, retail experience, and proven ability to design, build, and maintain a customer-centric culture in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
