Job Summary

  • Oversee and participate in all aspects of the event conversion process, including setting up and tearing down various furnishings and equipment.
  • Train new hires, part-time employees, and subcontracted services on equipment use, facility policies, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform strenuous physical duties, including lifting up to 75lbs and standing for 8-10 hours a day, often under unfavorable weather conditions.
