Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive TA/HR Operations experience
  • 8-10+ years in HR/TA Operations leadership
  • Expertise in Greenhouse or comparable ATS
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS integrations (Workday preferred)
  • Experience building executive-level workforce analytics and forecasting frameworks
  • Experience overseeing global contingent workforce MSP/VMS programs and mobility strategies
