Salary
Base: $224,000 - $280,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, 401(k) matching, ESPP, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
JD from accredited law school
Active admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction
Significant experience advising commercial teams in healthcare
Deep subject-matter expertise in fraud and abuse laws
Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks

In-house experience supporting pharmaceutical or medical device company
Strong academic record
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
