Job Summary
The Senior Suites Manager will report to the Director of Premium and is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the suites.
Manage all facets of suite operations to meet operational budgets, manage monthly P&L statements and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate.
In conjunction with the Executive Chef and Director of Premium, develop new concepts and menu items that best serve the desires of our guest and incorporate industry trends.
