Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as Assistant Director or Director of Sales
  • Luxury hospitality experience
  • Strong track record in sales
  • Knowledge of luxury consortia and group business
  • Strategic, analytical, and ROI-driven mindset
  • Solid understanding of revenue management
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent English communication skills
