Job Summary
Your role will be to contribute to the development and improvement of the site's overall performance by ensuring the optimization of the training plan deployment and associated skill development.
You will support and assist managers in the use of tools and processes, participate in local routines to capture specific training needs, and follow up on specific or out-of-budget needs in conjunction with the Center of Expertise.
