Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Planner schedules the maintenance work activity in the plant.
  • Review and improve the maintenance and planning processes to improve efficiency and remove waste, including but not limited to cost, manning and materials.
  • Interface with the safety observation, walk-and-talk, and near-miss processes within the plant to ensure alignment of maintenance resources and activities to improve employee safety and environmental compliance.

Base: $75,000 - $90,000; Bonus/Equity: possible 12% short-term incentive bonus; Benefits: very generous benefit package
