This role is responsible for supporting service excellence initiatives and delivering learning and development programs across Hotels and Food & Beverage operations.
You will review guest feedback to identify service gaps and collaborate with operational teams to enhance guest satisfaction and service standards.
The position involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs including onboarding, service culture, and product knowledge.
