The BMC is responsible for monitoring and gathering all data related to BACN combat missions and directing specific actions for payload employment to optimize BACN capabilities.
BMCs act as the OCONUS point of contact for the BACN mission to include all technical and operational aspects of system employment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science with 5 years of relevant experience (Principal)
Bachelor's degree in Science with 8 years of relevant experience (Sr Principal)
Former Field Grade Military Officer (04 and above)
Minimum 5 years experience with Tactical Data Links (TDLs)
Proficient in ATO, ACO, ACP, and FAP
Must pass physical health assessment
US Citizenship and current/active DoD Secret security clearance
