Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or related field preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred
  • 4+ years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing
  • 2+ years people leadership experience
  • Experience with ISO quality standards and regulated environments preferred
