Lead onsite training execution for New Venue Openings, ensuring a seamless and impactful onboarding experience while partnering with venue leadership to align training with operational needs and set the tone for new teams from day one.
Serve as a primary facilitator for training programs across the division, including orientation, ongoing learning sessions, and market-level initiatives, delivering engaging, high-impact training that reinforces company standards.
Travel 50%–70% to support New Venue Openings and in-market training initiatives.
