Must-have
Supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
Ensure resident safety and rights compliance
Conduct daily rounds and monitor conditions

Liaise with residents families and physicians

Experience with PCC software preferred
Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency required
Ability to provide direct resident care as needed
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
3-5 years of nurse management experience
Good standing with State Board of Nursing
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
