Job Summary

  • This senior leadership role is responsible for all delivery activities within the Area (single/multi-country or Practice/Industry), ensuring optimal support while maximizing team utilization and revenue performance.
  • Routinely engaging with C-level executives within our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring Area SDTs work closely with partner teams; drive business development initiatives through thought leadership; provide portfolio guidance and oversight; and meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • PADLs success is primarily measured through the Area P&L by delivering customer engagements on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations (CSAT).
