  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Nurse Supervisor in recording and charting medical information in compliance with federal and state standards.
  • Employees are responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident rosters, transcribing physician orders, and managing admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  • The position requires attending various committee meetings and participating in annual training programs including OSHA, TB, and Infection Control.
