Box is seeking an Engineering Business Operations Manager to support their EMEA engineering teams by overseeing operational processes and performance metrics. The role requires strong experience in business or engineering operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and data analysis

Job Summary

  • This Engineering Business Operations Manager will be a key partner for the Engineering Business Operations and Strategy (EBOS) organization, responsible for providing operational support and expertise to Box Engineering teams across the Build organization.
  • Guide and prepare Engineering teams across EMEA for all planning and reporting processes, including Annual Planning, Quarterly Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly Operational Reviews, and related cadences.
  • Build reporting and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into performance and progress against goals.
