Job Summary

  • The employee relations team cultivates a positive work environment, fostering mutual respect, collaboration, openness, and accountability while managing and resolving workplace issues across the country with a zero-tolerance policy for violence, discrimination, and harassment.
  • The Senior Advisor will act as a subject matter expert, managing and resolving employee relations situations by identifying root causes, developing countermeasures, and concluding investigations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years HR generalist or employee relations experience
  • University degree
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labor law
