Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in facilitation, experience design, service design, strategy, or related roles
University degree in Design, Psychology, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field
Experience facilitating senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams
Hands on experience with workshop and collaboration tools
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Greek)
