Salary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8+ years experience in Quality Assurance or Design Engineering
  • 5+ years experience with Medical Device Software or Systems
  • 3+ years experience leading and managing people
  • Expertise in ISO 14971, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, EU MDR
  • Strong understanding of design quality tools and methods

Nice-to-have

  • New product development experience preferred
  • Strong statistical background in reliability and hypothesis testing
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing cultural change
  • Experience managing complex projects

Key Requirements

  • US work authorization required without sponsorship
  • Must reside in or commute from San Diego CA
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (MS preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years people management experience
