Job Summary
Direct the daily operational activities of the Serology department both technical and non-technical operations.
Ensure the diagnostics laboratory provides market leading service levels, meeting the needs of our clients and corporate service metrics established for TAT.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
5 years or more years of experience as a Technologist
5 years or more years of prior supervisor experience
ASCP or AMT certification preferred
Experience in a high-volume clinical laboratory environment preferred
Strong working knowledge of CLIA, CAP and relevant state regulations
