Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordination of the abdominal waitlist and outreach communication with dialysis facilities for pre transplant process from day of referral until transplant.
The Comprehensive Transplant Center and all clinic locations are the point of entry for all transplant customers to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and acuity of the patients being served.

Key Requirements
Graduate from an approved school of nursing
Current Ohio License
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
BSN preferred
Prior transplant experience preferred
Current Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) certification preferred
