Job Summary
The Reporting Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Reporting staff to create and maintain ad hoc and timely, highly accurate reporting to support contact center operations.
This role will develop, train and mentor new and existing Reporting staff.
The Reporting Supervisor will also develop professional reports, dashboards, and charts to Operations leadership to provide an overview of KPIs and relevant information.
