Job Summary
Provide independent review and challenge of the Operational Risk elements across the bank, ensuring adherence to Barclays Operational Risk Framework, Policies, and Standards.
Responsible for risk identification, analysis of operational risk data, and oversight of 1st Line activities including RCSAs, Risk Events, and Issues.
Engage effectively with First and Second Line management, providing risk-based 2nd Line input into 1st Line Projects, Initiatives, and Strategic decision making.
