Join a central AI/ML & Innovation team that partners across Electrification to build internal AI products that change how our company works.
Own delivery from PoC to MVP using Agile + NPI/Stage Gate, manage a handful of initiatives at any given time, and make sure projects ship on time and create the value promised.
This is a remote position with a delivery culture that blends Agile ways of working with the discipline of NPI to ship value quickly and safely.

AI/ML project lifecycle understanding

NPI/Stage-Gate governance
Jira and Azure DevOps experience
Value and KPI ownership
Stakeholder influence and communication
Nice-to-have
Industrial environment background
Systems-engineering/DevOps/data familiarity
French language proficiency
Experience with internal tech groups and external providers
