Key Requirements

• Graduation from accredited LVN nursing program
• Current valid Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• Minimum 3 years public health nursing or case management experience
• At least 2 years managed care experience in inpatient/outpatient case management
• Valid BLS certification per AHA or Red Cross guidelines
