Job Summary
The Director of People and Culture forms part of the Executive Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel or Resort.
The role will oversee all aspects of the People and Culture division including benefits administration, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development of staff, wage & hour compliance, training, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.

Key Requirements
Previous Director of People & Culture or Assistant Director of People & Culture role required
Bachelor’s Degree/4 year Degree strongly preferred
Human Resources, Educational or Hospitality background preferable
