Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of business-critical data platforms while leading a team.
  • The successful candidate will act as a key contributor to Incident, Problem, and Change Management, including support for major incidents and senior-stakeholder communications.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience leading production support teams
  • Strong ITIL-based service management knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Supporting large-scale MI and ETL platforms
  • Experience in regulated financial services environments

Nice-to-have

  • Agile / Scrum Master certification
  • Proactive candidate thriving in regulated environments
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering process improvements
  • Awareness of MS SQL and monitoring tools

Key Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK required
  • ITIL Foundation certification mandatory
  • Proven experience in financial services insurance or banking
  • Experience managing offshore delivery models
