The successful candidate will act as a key contributor to Incident, Problem, and Change Management, including support for major incidents and senior-stakeholder communications.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Experience leading production support teams
Strong ITIL-based service management knowledge
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Remedy
Supporting large-scale MI and ETL platforms
Experience in regulated financial services environments
Nice-to-have
Agile / Scrum Master certification
Proactive candidate thriving in regulated environments
Confident engaging senior stakeholders
Track record of delivering process improvements
Awareness of MS SQL and monitoring tools
Key Requirements
Right to work in the UK required
ITIL Foundation certification mandatory
Proven experience in financial services insurance or banking
