The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for performing only those nursing care procedures they have been trained to do.
The role requires observing residents for changes in condition, skin breakdown, or missing status and reporting these immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
