This role provides payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers to patients utilizing an Opus Health program.
Representatives are responsible for card activation, program eligibility verification, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections.
The position is a 100% remote contract role with the opportunity to be converted to a full-time employee.
