The Corporate Programs Specialist will have end-to-end project ownership of defined EMEA internal events and corporate programs, including operational coordination of J&J enterprise trainings and development programs.
This role requires exceptional organization, reliability, detail-orientation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to travel internationally for trainings & events (circa 20%).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Healthcare Coordination, Communication, Social Sciences or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Prior experience in event coordination, office administration, or patient-facing role is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally (circa 20%)
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
