You will support all aspects of project cost management, financial forecasting, and risk identification across New Builds and Retrofit projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
6-7 years of construction industry experience
4 years in cost-focused project controls role
Data Center or mission critical construction experience desirable
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
Experience with cost control tools (e.g., eBuilder, Procore, or similar)
