Job Summary
This intern role provides support to the planning & forecasting analyst or finance controller in preparing annual and monthly forecasts.
The position involves managing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and executing internal controls in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Framework.
Candidates will prepare monthly finance reports for directors to evaluate performance and submit data into the BISON system.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas
Understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet concepts
Ability to perform variance analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SAP or BISON financial systems
Experience with internal control frameworks
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Effective stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently in a team
