Job Summary

• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
• Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, providing a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty, while supervising Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives.
