Lead the team to establish broad cooperation and trust with customers, and actively take actions together to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment levels related to Roche's product portfolio.
Attract, recruit, coach, and develop team members in various functional roles within the ecosystem to achieve composite development of ecosystem talent.

Key Requirements
7+ years of sales, marketing, medical, or access experience
Team management experience
Bachelor's degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
