  • The Regional Ecosystem Lead is responsible for managing ecosystem resources and leading the regional ecosystem team to serve customers, establish internal and external collaborations, accurately and timely convey key information about Roche products to customers, and achieve Roche's strategic goals for corresponding disease areas in the region, ultimately improving patient benefits.
  • Lead the team to establish broad cooperation and trust with customers, and actively take actions together to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment levels related to Roche's product portfolio.
  • Attract, recruit, coach, and develop team members in various functional roles within the ecosystem to achieve composite development of ecosystem talent.

Key Requirements
