Develop and manage supply plans for a defined scope within the Service space, collaborating with production, procurement, finance, and technicians to ensure an integrated planning approach.
Liaise with logistics team to deliver products in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost and the shortest lead time with most efficient delivery way to achieve customer satisfaction.
Measure, analyzes, and report key process metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPI) that are assigned to this position.
