Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years IT experience
ITIL Expert/Intermediate certification
Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering
Strong negotiation skills for contracts
Experience with engineering/manufacturing tech
Nice-to-have
French language knowledge
ServiceNow platform understanding
SD Lifecycle and Architecture knowledge
Product Management background
End user experience orientation
Key Requirements
