Base: $50,000 - $75,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Operations Incentive Plan (OIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Use measuring devices and testing equipment
  • Inspect electronic and electromechanical assemblies
  • Follow blueprints and inspection instructions
  • Perform line clearances after each lot
  • Work fully onsite 5 days a week

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with microscope in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of GDP and GMP standards
  • English full working proficiency
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Cross-functional collaboration culture

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience using calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, digital multimeters
  • Full working proficiency in English reading
  • Degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) for foreign Baccalaureate
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
