Job Summary
The Production Test Lead will manage and mentor a team of 4 Test Technicians that performs test on assemblies and components, executes verification and validation activities, develops and implements test fixtures, automates test methodologies and data collection devices.
This position will work closely with Engineering and Program Managers to ensure our tests fully verify the operation of the assembled equipment.

Key Requirements
Ability to obtain TS SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related technical field and 5+ years' experience
Experience with lab equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings
Good working knowledge of digital and analog RF circuits
