The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and record entries on notes and incident reports.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing bowel and bladder needs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
