Salary
Base: $114,000.00–$151,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards package including health plans, PTO, retirement, and stock purchase

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or related field
5+ years product management or analytical development experience
Strong technical background in bioproduction analytics
Experience developing and executing product strategies
Customer-facing experience including presentations and VOC
Ability to support revenue growth and profitability
Residency within commuting distance of Hunt Valley, MD or Grand Island, NY
