Must-have

  • HBO degree in technical field

  • Knowledge of Dutch regulations and PRD
  • I&K level 3 or LPI certification
  • VCA-VOL safety certification

  • EEMUA 159 certification
  • Experience with RBI risk assessments
  • Understanding of degradation mechanisms
  • Proactive ownership mindset
  • Strong coaching abilities for juniors

Key Requirements

  • HBO technical education (Mechanical/Metal)
  • I&K Level 3 or LPI certification
  • Petrochemical industry experience
