Salary
Base: $75,000 - $111,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
Root cause analysis and failure analysis skills
Ability to work independently with occasional guidance
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Positive can-do attitude with belief failure is not an option
Experience with Manufacturing Excellence culture
Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering
At least three years of relevant experience
Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems
Solid technical aptitude for independent contribution
