The Senior Program Officer will spearhead proposal design, donor engagement, and reporting while ensuring strict compliance with international humanitarian standards.
Candidates will mentor a team of Program Officers and collaborate with global stakeholders to secure resources for transforming children's lives during crises.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Development Studies or Social Science
At least 3 years in humanitarian grant acquisition and management
At least 2 years in emergency response or fragile contexts
Minimum 1 year of management experience
Proven ability to mobilize cross-functional proposal teams
