Job Summary
This role will act as the central link between BIM leadership, PMOs, the Centre of Excellence and project teams, ensuring clarity, quality and an efficient flow of information.
You will be responsible for processing and tracking PO/PRs, coordinating with Finance, Procurement and project teams, and helping to stabilize early-works workflows.

Key Requirements

Solid experience in administrative support, PMO coordination, project office work
Experience with documentation, SharePoint administration or information management

Exposure to document control or project documentation flows
