Job Summary
The Nephrology Nurse Practitioner provides advanced nursing care and management to patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, including those on dialysis and post-transplant.
Working in collaboration with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team, the NP performs assessments, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, develops and implements treatment plans, and provides education to patients and their families.
