The Associate Training & Development Manager is responsible for executing, maintaining, and continuously improving training initiatives and materials that support field readiness and consistent execution for the clonoSEQ Field Sales team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a highly regulated scientific field.
